I love the bird seeds, bird feeders, especially the Squirrel Busters, and the lovely other merchandise.

My store has very responsive staff with great customer service. The quality and value of the product is excellent. I feel I have a reliable resource to support me in creating a backyard wildlife habitat.

We were concerned that the birds had suddenly stopped eating the seed cylinder that they have been crazy about for the last 9 months. Keith explained that this time of year there are natural seeds and bugs that they are eating and that they should come back in November when the weather starts cooling. We left the seed cylinder out and after a few days they are already coming back and eating. Very satisfied with Keith and his knowledge of the birds and their eating habits. Thank you, Keith!

You have the best products and a great assortment of feed and general supplies. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. I have never had to wait to checkout and if I need help with anything the staff is very knowledgeable. I think WBU is great.

The employees greet the customers by saying Hello when the customer comes into the store. They automatically carry out my birdseed to the car ! So pleasant to shop here!

Staff is very friendly and I feel welcome the minute I walk in the store. I love when I walk in they know my first name!

I was looking for a birthday present for $15max. Clerk was wonderfully helpful and showed me several options at and under my range. Found the perfect item for $12 and also bought a $36 rock turtle for a Xmas present!
