I was able to get what I wanted

I was able to save money buying 20 lbs of bird feed but when I mentioned the heaviness of the bag ( I am 83 years old) without me asking she offered to give it to me in four 5 lbs bags. I was grateful and impressed. I also took a bird feeder back recently for an adjustment to keep the doves from taking it over from my little birds and in 3 weeks i haven’t seen a dove on it. Thank you for GREAT customer service and reserved parking

Staff always greets you upon entering and asks what they can help you with. Great fun just walking through the store and looking at all the wonderful merchandise and gift offerings.

I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is very helpful. I love the fact the previous owner, Bill, still works in the store sometimes.
