Bill assisted us. We are 1st time birders and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner Kyle also visited with us. Very friendly and super helpful.

I wanted to purchase a 20 pound bag of bird seed but knew I wouldn’t be able to lift it. The gentleman who was helping me immediately said he would be glad to divide it up into 4 bags of 5 lb each ….. problem solved. I am very appreciative of his offer snd help. Made it so much easier on me.
