Wonderful product selection. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I purchased several items but spent more time just browsing through the store. Really a great store.

We have shopped at your store for many years. Last year for my husband's birthday, I added a Facebook Group and asked friends and family to send him money via PayPal. Venmo, CashApp, etc. so that he could shop at your store. The outcome? Over $400!! He was a happy camper. But the best and most touching experience was this last one...and please know that I'm in tears as I type this. My 6 year old grandson, who has Autism, was with us for the first time. He loves birds! They were some adorable stuffed animal birds that chirp when you press the button. Sebastian loved them so much that he attempted to hold them all in his arms. It was the cutest thing and the employees thought so too. I explained to them that with the Autism, he loves the sound and feel of them. But he is such a good boy that when I asked him to put them back, he did. No complaining, no crying or screaming. :) And then the most wonderful thing happened, on our way out, Kyle asked if could give my grandson a bird. Oh he was so happy!!! He named him Robin and it's his favorite toy. Thank you for making my grandson feel super special. We left with our hearts full of joy.

Wild Birds Unlimited is my happy place. Although located in a strip mall, the store itself is welcoming, light, bright, full of wonderful things to look at and has everything I need to keep the birds in my backyard coming back for more. If I have questions, someone is always available to educate me. I only wish you were located closer to my neighborhood.

The female saleslady is always so knowledgeable, pleasant, and enthusiastic, and it certainly would make anyone's day to go into the store and shop.
