Ordering food and other products is a breeze. Also, one if my bird feeders tube developed a crack (not new). I called to see if I could get a replacement. Time went by, then a young man (sorry I forgot his name) telephoned me and had the tube. He was very professional and kind. He also packaged the tube and mailed it to me. So thoughtful.

Been shopping at this neighborhood Wild Birds Unlimited for 20 ? years! The employees are outstanding, always willing to help and assist in every way!!!!!! Lucy does such a WONDERFUL job with this store! Everything is always available and the store is neat, clean and tidy! I have been exposed to Wild Birds Unlimited since I was young and they 1st came out, as my dad used to shop there for his bird seed! It's a product I totally believe in and I have the many different breeds of birds as proof!!!!! It's a hobby I thoroughly enjoy and WBU understands that!
