It seems that everyone in this store is very knowledgeable about birds, and even rodents that cause a problem to birdfeeders. I really connect with your people because they are genuinely interested in helping you get products that help us feed our birds and get to enjoy them. Julie was very helpful and I actually called her the next day to tell her of my success with the product!

I always enjoy spending time in the store. Not only do I get birdseed & wildlife feed but I buy gifts for my nature-loving friends. The staff is excellent. The “problem “ I mentioned was trying to purchase 3 curved stone benches. There was only 1 available in store & when I asked if they could order 2 more for me the answer surprised me. They were unable to tell me when they could do that because they have to order so many at one time. I was told thy may not even order them for 6 months. I understood the dilemma but didn’t feel like it was reasonable for one of WBU’s vendors to put such tight restrictions on them. I wondered if WBU might try & negotiate a better contract. I ended up not buying any of the benches. I understand but think maybe it revealed a missed opportunity to negotiate a one-off deal for a customer who spends a lot of money in that store. I still love the store & the staff.

Stopped in to buy a couple of squares of bird suet. Figured it would have been about 11.00. Forgot I had some points and it cost me .50. Pleasantly surprised.

Store is always neatly arranged, selection of products is excellent, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Availability of desired merchandise; employee assistance; appearance of store and merchandise.

I have been a customer for many years. When I asked about the availability of an item I needed that was not visible in the store, someone went to the stock room, found a recent shipment, and unpacked it so that I could buy it.
