The staff was very knowledgeable, they made recommendations, and the checkout was very fast and easy.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Any questions I may have are always answered and best of all hints or suggestions I may get always work. So I feel this store has staff that understands their product and can give me good advice. Have never been steered wrong, therefore I save money by not making costly mistakes with the product I buy.

Our sales associate, Jacob, was not only highly knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and friendly. He also made us aware of the Savings Club which we joined. In addition, two other associates greeted and spoke with us. We felt very welcomed and helped as we are beginning our journey in to bird watching!

It is so gracious that you feed us physically and mentally. You invite non profit animal rescue to help us learn how to help the wild and it helps them when we donate for their wonderful causes. Thank you for doing what you do and having such a delightful store with a great team.

The people at the store were very friendly and nice. Feedback was good about the bird feed that I bought. Store was nixed and the layout was easy to navigate.

I needed to replenish my bird seed, etc. but had no time to go to the store. Placed my order and 2 days later it was at my door. In fact, the order was filled and a shipping label created only about 3 hours after my order was placed1
