The staff at Wild birds make the experience easy. From ordering to pick up everyone is so helpful and pleasant.

This was my first time ordering online and using curbside pickup. I contacted the store to find out more details about the process. The store staff were very helpful. They explained that the online items were from a standard list. If I couldn't find what I wanted online, I could call the store and they would add the items that I wanted if they were available. They also let me know ahead of time that there is currently a supply chain delay on products with meal worms. Additionally, a friend of mine was going to be picking up the order for me. The instructions were very clear on how to set this up. My friend said that it was the smoothest curbside service she has experienced. Thank you!

I'm in quarantine so I had my daughter pick up my order for me. She'd never been in the store before, commented on how nice the store was and how easy the pick up went. Great to know I have this option if needed but I love coming in if possible. Thank you!

First of all they were offering a free 5 pound bag of seed for my birthday. I didn’t want they offered one and they changed it for what I did want. Second of all I love The video screens of birds and bird song!

I had a problem with the suet I'd bought--it was not my usual--& the birds were not eating it. At all. A very nice saleslady explained by phone that that happens--she had my "exchange" bag ready at the store--I ended up buying another bag of seed. My birds are now happy again--they devour the usual suet. I feel like a valued customer.
