I was highly satisfied that the store found a way to remain open to us for the purchase of seed while dealing with the coronavirus. I found the process of calling in my order and prepaying simple and quick, dealing with Sidney. The email was most helpful in introducing the changes in hours, store purchases, etc.

This survey doesn’t reflect the current CV-19 reality. It should I loved the curbside pick up,a terrific idea! I never entered the store so most of these questions are moot.

I go there on a regular basis fir my bird food. I have always been satisfied with the service and the products.

Ordering over the phone was easy and efficient, and 3 wonderful folks loaded our trunk right away. We sure hope this crisis is over soon so we can again go into the store. We use a lot of birdseed, since we scatter it and it also feeds quail and rabbits, plus a supplemental feeding for a herd of deer, who also empty the birdbath when they visit late each afternoon.
