The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. I like the board in the store that posts bird sited in the area.

Wild Birds has made shopping by phone easy, fast, and safe. I was there on the first day of phone service and was able to speak to a staff member about questions. Others waiting outside were all helped quickly and with sincere attention. I even saw Mary outside the store and complimented her wonderful columns about birds. Take care of yourselves! Your customers love you!

Some of the questions regarding the store could not be answered as we did not enter the store - but in the past it has always been great! Really like the curbside assistance.

The friendly staff, ease of finding merchandise. Everyone is always available to talk about the different birds I am seeing. This is done for the novice who likes birds find them pretty, but really interested in becoming a student.
