Price is high.

Everything is great except the birdseed is rather expensive. I can only afford to shop there when the birdseed is on sale.

I love the store and the quality of ingredients. I feel the cost is exuberant! The member prices are a gimmick to make people think they're getting a "deal" . These prices are Possibly set by corporate. I understand the higher cost of living but feeding the birds is a "want" and I don't understand the huge increase in prices over the past 1-2 years. I will probably cut back and plant even more native plants instead of buying food.

Wanted a larger bag of thistle but only 5 pound ones available… maybe a vendor or shipping issue for store not to have in stock. One staff person did not seem as friendly or knowledgeable … so easier to just stop asking questions of him. Perhaps he was having an off day, but I did not get a sense he was really wanting to help.

The birdseed is terribly expensive, even when it’s on sale. I know it’s expensive every place else but it’s still difficult.

The pries have risen far too much. It may not be the fault of the store, but I am being priced out of the market -- and I by a lot of bird seeds and products.

I love your stuff, but you're just way too expensive for someone like me on a limited income. So I come in the few times I visit ABQ and buy one or two small items.

I was hoping for a somewhat lower price.

I wish someone had told me the winter blend was going on sale the next day.
