Very good hours for shopping--glad it was open on a Sunday. I came in for the sale! And it's a nice layout in the store with friendly staff. I took home a copy of what birds are in my are this season.

The products are very expensive! I know prices all over are high, and your quality is excellent, which is why I do shop here, but the birdseed’s expensive.

I don’t have anything to compare it to, so it is hard to give a top rating without more experience. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly in the store and the web sites seems good when I ordered on line. The email I receive after I bought something in store…paid the $25 to sign up …and received a special offer with a code in the email, but when I checked out online the code did not work. So that seemed a bit misleading.

Selection of heated bird baths very limited. Price way too high. For bowl and stand. Sold separately.

Somewhat limited selection of inventory but I did get what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was satisfied. Being highly satisfied is like scoring 10 out of 10. I never score a store or other facility as perfect.

When I checked out, I had to ask if they needed my last name and was told my membership had expired much earlier in the year. Come to find out when I was there in June, I assumed I was getting all my discounts and I didn’t. Nor did the employee mention my membership had expired. I would hope I could rely on the staff to help me stay current on my membership since I have been a member for quite a while. Your products are expensive and I count on getting the reductions a member is due.

The bird seed is definitely getting expensive. If the price keeps on going up I won’t be able to affordable it❗️
