We are long time customers and club members. When we walked into the store we knew exactly what we intended to buy. However, we were basically ambushed by an over zealous sales person the moment we hit the door which gave us a feeling that we were being pressured or at least highly encouraged to purchase items that we weren't interested in. It was very similar to going into a car dealership and being attacked by a sales person

It is not a knock on the store at all. It is mostly that some of the products that I wanted we’re not in stock. But I understand why.

It was a very brief stop to pick one bad of niger seed, so I did not spend time or interface with with people other than hello , pay and leave.

I lost my bird buck receipt. You have no record of it. It's a nice offer, but I'm too busy to hang onto the receipt. It's funny, but I'm very satisfied with your discount for being a member and don't really care about the $10 reward. But, it disappointed me that I'd lost it and now it's left a disagreeable memory.

My salesperson assured me that my daily discount membership would be applied to my purchase of seed in addition to the 20% off sale price. When I got home I could not understand how this was true on my receipt. I called the store and a saleslady said that there is only a 5% daily discount when an item is on sale. No one has ever explained that to me when I have purchased sale items. It should be clarified, in my opinion.

Prices have gone sky high for seed unfortunately. Quality continues to be good. I wait for your 20-25% sales.

I just believe that although this visit was exactly what I expected, there is always room to improve and should be strived for every day.
