Out of large woodpecker cylinders. Not your fault. I was just disappointed. I don’t fault the store at all. Stuff is hard to get these days.

Some staff slightly distant. I asked where a specific bird seed was..staff pointed and said “over there”. The $ rewards that are accumulated need to be electronic so they can be seen on my account. Asking clients to keep a paper receipt until their next visit is archaic.

Everything I wanted was there, staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing a bit high on some things but will continue to shop there for many things as quality is high.

It would be nice to have a bit more selection, variety of feeders and accessories. Several items were out of stock, but also just a limited variety carried in store. For example, ABQ carries only one line of WBU hopper feeders, although many other styles exist and are carried at other stores.

The time it has taken to get the delivery has been excessive. More than a week. I am in quarantine and cannot leave my home, so it is frustrating that it has taken so long to receive products.
