Several employees do not have a working knowledge of your products. The lack of knowledge from these employees encouraged me to buy my binoculars from somewhere else and I ended up making my own bird houses. I don’t mind paying more for quality products and supporting local businesses but I expect that cost to come with good advise and product knowledge.

It was a little difficult dealing with communication while wearing masks. The clerk was having trouble understanding me.

Tried to place online order but some items I wanted and knew you carried weren’t even listed! Very frustrating and not user friendly. I ended up ordering by phone instead.

I placed my order during the 25% sale but forgot to enter the discount, and this created a minor inconvenience. I tried to correct it immediately when I realized what I had done and we were able to come up with a solution before I picked up my order.so it is not a big deal. However I like to shop at stores that make it easy to get discounts that are available without relying on my memory. I like to support local businesses but like then to support me too, making sales and perks easy to access. If there is a sale it would be nice for that to be added to cart without me remembering a code.
