Emails from WBU say that you prefer online ordering over phone in. But the website doesn't seem to have a lot of the items that are available by phone. Only a couple of seed cylinders are available online. Also, I had a discount/coupon, but that isn't usable when ordering online. I think the website needs to be built up to better accommodate online ordering. And, this is just a little picky, but it would be nice when person puts products into trunk if they would also close the trunk when they are done. Overall, the ordering and pick up went fine by phone. Thanks.

I think we need to figure out how to manage Bird Bucks and inventory. I didn't order online because I couldn't find things I was looking for and because I couldn't use an in-store issued Bird Buck to place my order. So I called it in. Still and issue with some inventory (I know, the pandemic), but I couldn't use my in-store Bird Buck when I called in. Someone needs to figure this out. I've been out-of-work off and on totaling 6 months this year. Those extra pennies would help me keep enjoying my birds, particularly during the holiday season. It doesn't seem it should be that hard to work it out. Thanks!

The gentlemen were very nice. There’s one gentleman that works there that is exceptional in his customer service and he wasn’t there this time that’s the only reason. I need to remember the young man that wasn’t there because he’s really good!!!

I’ve got a $10 off coupon, but I forgot to bring in the small receipt for a discount on this recent purchase. Too bad your system doesn’t track this instead of requiring customers to carry around a small piece of paper that’s easy to lose. It makes joining your membership program less attractive.
