I was looking for a solar bird bath insert and didn't find one there but all the other products I was looking for were there. I just don't want to run a cord to my bird bath and thought there would be solar options there.

1) WBU advertises merchandise online that the local store does not have in stock and will not order. 2) Prices are very high.

The Montgomery Blvd location seems to have fewer items in comparison to the other location in Albuquerque out near Rio Rancho. Otherwise, I am highly satisfied with the store I went to. There are, however, some things at the other store which I wish I could purchase in person but want to remain loyal to the store closest to me. So I will likely forgo getting those items.

It is impossible to see on the receipt that the Birdbuck was taken off the bill. It should be noted inside the store that it reads $0.00 but was indeed deducted in the amts. in parentheses, and that is not just the amt. deducted for your membership. It is very confusing to understand the receipt.

All mechanics were excellent. However, the lady on the store phone seemed annoyed that I had bothered her. It was her tone and "ordering" me around. It would be so such better if she asked me to raise the lid on my trunk, etc. She just seemed like a "sour puss". The kind gentleman that brought my order to the car did help to make up for the annoyed feeling I had. He was cheery and helpful. The store lady needs some "coaching" . In these times interactions with each other should be positive and welcoming.

Prices are too high and I don’t think you should charge to be a member because prices are high enough.
