no mechanism for applying my 25% off 1 item coupon to my online order. Then your staff had to spend extra time and effort to credit back to my charge card the 25%

Everything went smoothly. I found staff abrupt and in a hurry that made me feel uncomfortable. No greeting no thank you’s just toss in the car and ran off.

The website doesn't allow selection of meal worms. It says they are available but they don't appear anywhere except as bugs and bites. Not a huge problem but had wanted to order the bugs with out the bites.

Every one that I have talked to has been able to make suggestions and I am very satisfied with the service, and WBU. My wish is that I knew better what you offer. I am new to birding and have used the internet to find products I want, then hope you carry them as well. So far, you have had everything that I want. Kudo's to you all in these difficult times.

Seems a bit pricey but I like supporting local folk. The food I got doesn’t seem to inspire my backyard birds much, though the sales person (friendly and knowledgeable) indicated the birds would love it. Not so much.

We ordered a thin cranberry cylinder but received the bigger wider one (for the same price as the smaller though). The wrong item was delivered but we got more for our money....just that it wouldn't fit as well on our hanger!
