Phone system is awkward. Couldn't get through the first time. When I did get through, had to hang up and wait for someone to call me back. Would be much easier if I could just place my order online. I'd also like to be able to see all the products so I could order exactly what I want. I haven't been in the store in months, I don't remember everything they have. I might buy other things if I could shop online.

My sister picked up the item for my mom for Mother's Day which I had ordered from out of state. It just wasn't the right order the first time. But they fixed the problem.
