I was looking for more selection of Seed Cylinders. I’m senior, love feeding the birds, but my income is hard to stretch to buy a cylinder every 3 weeks. 😢

The staff are knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. The only reason I can't give a Highly Satisfied rating is because I feel the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. The prices aren't just slightly higher than other places, they're 4 times higher. I'm sure they are of high quality, but I feel ripped off every time I leave the store. I mostly buy items that are on sale, but when a bag of seed is $43.00 the discount doesn't bring the price down to earth. Also, I resent having to pay membership every year. Why can't you allow good customers to continue to shop without repaying a membership. Look up what I have spent in that store and explain why I have to pay a new membership every year Michael Giannuzzi

For some reason, you do not carry seed cylinders with red pepper to repel squirrels. I had to order some online from another company.

Twice out of the five times I've visited the store, the Winter Blend cylinders were out of stock. Although a store employee recommended a replacement product, that product was not nearly as attractive to the birds in my yard as the Winter Blend.
