No greeting . Just asked to put on another mask over the one I had on. No one asked what I was looking for and didnt know what the product was called that I asked for. It was your own product.

I called to ask if they had bark butter bits and was told that they were out, but that they would sell me the bark butter bits with meal worms in it for the same price. That sounded great, so I came to the store. I hadn't expected to purchase more, but had a 20% off the highest priced merchandise coupon, so did purchase more than planned. The clerk checking me out did not discount the bark butter bits with meal worms. She applied the 20% discount to it, and did not apply the 20% discount to any other item. I had another coupon for a free 5 lb bag of bird seed. The clerk had some resistance to giving me the advertised gift. This same store has had similar problems in the past with honoring advertised discounts.

I was able to make my purchase at 3:19 pm and the employees were courteous, but did not inform me until after my purchase was complete that the store was, in fact, closed and I could not pick up my order until the following day.

Ordering is a frustrating two stage process by phone and no online option. It is the worst part of doing business with WBU

The curbside pickup ordering process is not very efficient. Also I received the wrong size bag of seed.

The guy on the phone seemed to be in a big hurry like I was inconveniencing him with my questions about what types of hummingbird feeders were available for order. I'm placing an order! Why are the other callers more important than my call? There's no website to shop around from, so it's entirely based on description over the phone. It was an easy decision since there's only one hummingbird feeder that window mounts, which is what I wanted, so I don't think I took too much of his time. The woman who took my payment was pleasant and that was easy. I followed both peoples' directions over the phone to open my car door, which was on the passenger side and my seat was bare to set it on. The woman stood a good distance from my car and tossed it onto my seat, making me nervous about my new feeder and it seemed a bit overly cautious for a bird feed shop. Maybe tone it down a bit. I appreciate the free 5 lb bird seed mix as a thank you for my purchase.

The Christmas blend bird food I purchased would not work in my bird feeder, had to dump it on the ground so I'm concerned of attracting pigeons, squirrels and raccoons. Everything else is fine.

Stop packaging food etc., in plastic bags. Cracked corn is low quality and dusty.

You no longer sell the recycled suet feeders. Wood not satisfactory, difficult to clean. Found what I wanted elsewhere.
