I walked in without my mask, as a fully vaccinated person. I was going to ask if masks were required (the sign in the window is old, most stores do no required masks for vaccinated people). Before I could ask, I was rudely and loudly told that masks were needed. When I replied that I was just about to ask and that I did not appreciate the rude tone, I was told it was not her policy - which is not what I was unhappy with. I understand that some still want masks, for whatever reason. The last couple of interactions with this store have been not of the cheerful quality we've experienced since it has opened, when we began shopping there. I have made allowances for the stresses of operating in a pandemic. However, this was rude, rude. In fact so rude, this store may have lost our business.

The inventory was picked over. and low My questions were poorly received and inadequately explained by the first clerk even though there was no one in the store. It finally took a second person even though there were several clerks standing around. They do not treat me like a valued customer but instead treat me as someone who might be carrying COVID and they want me gone as quickly as possible and sell as much as possible without doing anything. Your prices are 4X that of other stores and service is really all you have to sell.

I have been coming to WBU in ABQ, NM, for 25 years. I love the staff, I love the company, and the products are second to none. HOWEVER, I do not appreciate being accosted at every turn with signs warning me that if I take off my mask for ANY REASON I will be asked to leave. Nor signs warning me that under no circumstances am I to get close to an associate. NM has a mask mandate. We follow the rules because we live in fear of fines, so being extra fascist about it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, there is nowhere else to buy my seed. But I despair that company policy is to view its customers as bad people, riddled with disease, their bodies poised to endanger or kill others.

1. I did not receive the 25% a bag sale that was going on, nor was I able to use a "bird buck" coupon. I'm assuming the sales don't work with the online ordering. 2. The selection is much more limited when ordering online.

Free feeder offered with purchase was not available. Told I would receive an additional discount in lieu of free feeder. No discount of any kind given at checkout!

The Food I purchased, Bark Butter Bits supposedly as I was told by your staff would be suitable for many types of birds. It’s been in the feeder for 3 days and I’ve only seen 1 bird briefly who hasn’t returned to the feeder.

Since we ordered locally we assumed it would be delivered from our local store. We also thought the order would be delivered within 1-2 working days. Our order will arrive (after I approved a substitution of the requested bird seed), 1 week after we ordered. Sorry this was not disclosed on your website.

Had to pay with a Credit card, the store is considered an essential service, should not have been closed and even when other stores reopened you still aren’t!

Woman who answered phone was curt and mean ! Not very friendly ! Seemed like lady with the glasses who works at abq store !
