I am disabled and it is painful to get out of my car on a good day. I opened up the backseat door for him to put the item in (before he arrived). Even though I told him, he would NOT CLOSE the door for me. It meant I had to get up and walk all the way around my car again and I parked weird so it'd be convenient for him not me. Felt very upset-he could have just closed it with his hip or foot or anything.

Due to Covid buying experienceMy experience was not pleasant. I rode my motorcycle up to the store and it was a hot day so I got out of the sun and I was standing at the front door and the lady was very rude to me and said there is a process and the signs on the door of how to place an order so I told her that I was on my motorcycle waiting to pick up my order and that my trunk on my bike was open and she didn’t apologize and she was rude and I don’t appreciate it

This was a phone in order with curbside pickup. It took some time to get an answer on the only phone # I knew. The person immediately asked for my phone # and told me there was only 1 phone line to the store and they wanted to keep it open so someone would call me back on a cell phone. When this had not happened within an hour, my wife was running errands, checked with me (no call back yet) so she went to the store to see if she could place the order. It was chaotic at the curb, she was told they had called and either got a disconnected message or no answer...strange since I was waiting by the phone....she did get some product eventually, but we will probably not be using this method to get product again.

Did not have merchandise available. Told me that I could return in several hours in case more arrived, but I cannot keep coming back to Albuquerque just to buy birdseed.

When I went to the front of the store to check out Maddie was waiting on somebody and Betty was messing with the cash register. Betty said she would be with me in a minute,we’ll I waited and waited. Maddie got done With her customer so I started to walk over to her register just someone was walking in the door. Maddie ask the person walking in the door may I help you in there I stood like an idiot. Went very finally was able to check me out I paid I retrieve my credit card from the machine and waited and waited while Betty and Maddie were visiting. I finally said I think my I am done Betty replied oh yeah it says right here print a receipt. Meanwhile Maddie had finished with two customers one that came in before me and the one that came in after me.

It was past the mask mandate. The owners are evidently unconcerned that eventhough I have been a customer for years, they still insist on a mask policy. The bird chirp audio is so loud that it us impossible to hear anyone speaking. Over the years I have surely spent thousands on their no mess seed and other items. Rest assured I will find another place to spend my money.

We were highly impressed, as always with the quality of the service and products at Wild Bird Unlimited. We were in the store and it was out of the product that we were seeking. We placed an order for the product and asked to be called and we were called within a few short days. This is a great store and I always like going! Now that the pandemic is lessening, we will be going directly to the store more often versus placing our orders by phone or on-line.
