I have not received the order and have not received notification it was shipped. I have no idea if I’ll ever receive it.

This was my first visit to this store though I've purchased much at other WBU stores. The woman guarding the door at this store, on Montgomery in Albuquerque, is one of the meanest people I've encountered. Customers had to stand in line outside with 3-4 employees inside, so only 1 customer could enter at a time. There was no welcome, no "thanks for coming", no friendliness, just cruelty. She said the mask I was wearing was the wrong kind, though allowed by NM, & I had to wear one of hers. When ordering online, I couldn't purchase 2 items I needed, so I was going to ask at the store, but she didn't give me a chance bc she didn't stop yelling at me. I told her I'd step outside while waiting for my order so others could come in. Then she yelled at me outside and told me they had curbside pickup and I shouldn't have come in. I said I was new to that store & didn't know. I was trying to save their staff the trouble. I said I wouldn't be back and she said, "good." Though I have a home there now, I'll never set food in that store again.

I must have pushed the wrong circle. I am very satisfied!

This location is my bird seed location for over 4 years now. I know that we are in unprecedented times right now with our usual shopping needs, but your employee gave such terrible customer service this day that I am very unsatisfied with your store. Usually my family and I receive great service from your knowledgeable employees. This day, I was given curt and dismissive behavior by your employee (didn't get her name--gray shoulder-length hair) who blamed me for not being able to find my order which was sitting on your counter by the register. She reprimanded me for saying that I would be there right away, which I didn't. I said I would arrive in 1-2 hours and I didn't even place my phone order with her! When it was time to pick up, I called the store from my car just like I was instructed to and no one answered. Then another car pulls up and walks to the door to be served right away with a smile by this same employee. When I approach, it wasn't the same service as the other customer or what I'm used to from your store usually. I then returned my entire $75 purchase because that's too much to spend for shoddy service. Will not return anytime soon.
