We were extremely impressed with the salesperson's knowledge of birds, seeds/foods, and feeders. We are new to the area and had no idea what birds we could expect to see, and had no idea what type of feeders and food we needed. He was friendly and courteous, but never pushy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We really appreciated all of his help.

We've been going to this store since the month it opened. We feel responsible for its success! Everyone has always been friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions, no matter how insane they may have seemed (they always hid it well).

I came in to buy a 2nd cage for the seed cylinders since the 1st one I purchased did such a great job in preventing the bully birds from chasing the smaller birds away and eating all the seed. I have not seen one that foils the jays anywhere else. So I'm pleased to have found something to give the titmouse, nuthatches and woodpeckers a turn. In short, I appreciate the varied selection of goods available.
