Wild Birds Unlimited

I love this store and the staff. The staff seem to almost bend over backwards to be helpful, friendly and courteous. They always greet you if they are not busy with other customers and they are always willing to listen to bird and critter stories. They also are knowledgeable and, if asked, have helpful advice. The store is organized well, and I never feel as if it's overcrowded with stuff. I love feeding my flocks of birds and hope to continue, if seed prices don't increase too much. Even with the membership discount the cost has increased a lot but I still find that it's worth it and doable. I've been a customer for many years and have found that they are consistently good and customer oriented. They're wonderful.

I've always shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited (this store in particular). I finally signed up for membership after many years; pleasantly surprised to receive a small bag of bird seed as a thank you. Nice variety of gifts at this store!

Every time I visit the store I gain more knowledge about the birds who visit my yard. I just love knowing they have all the answers, and also have all the best food for my birds.

I have always shopped at this store when I live near Albuquerque. The owner/operator is a person I respect and I believe she hires good employees.

The sales associate at the entrance was friendly and welcoming. He informed me about the sale on Nesting Blend products. The sales associate at the register was friendly and efficient.

staff was approachable, they seemed to genuinely want to help, a lot of stores have workers who seem to not care if they help you or not, helping me take my purchases to the car was a friendly gesture

Staff is friendly and quality of products are fresh.

Since we started shopping here, we've attracted a wider variety of birds, including some unusual ones. We'd come more often but the drive is 160 miles round trip so we have to combine the visit with meeting other needs.
