Staff is always friendly - disappointed that the nesting cylinder wasn't available in the enclosed cylinder size. But received free seed to place on suet cylinder :-)

had a problem with a feeder which the store repaired because they said it was under a liftime guarantee. it only took a few minutes I was very pleased I didn't have to spend another 70 dollars for a new feeder
