The staff is so friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere is cheerful and fun. I will say I wished there were hearts and wreaths made of birdseed that I bought for family and friends around Christmas time. I was shopping for a friend's birthday and didn't see very many items that I could give to her as she has a beautiful yard but isn't into birds. A helpful salesperson showed me a hook that had three kinds of seeds/food on it which I got for her. But it was the only thing I could find to encourage her to become a bird lover. Maybe you could provide more gift-type items in the future.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the merchandise is great quality and sometimes fun. I by the same seed most of the time, but often I see interesting products that I had never seen anywhere else before (e.g. the bird wine chirper). I LOVE shopping at the Wild Bird store!

They had what I weanted. The transaction took very little time. I was back home real soon.
