About the quality of the food--my satisfaction is not important, but my feathered kids really love it.

The staff are very friendly to each and every customer, wanting to provide the best quality of product for the best back yard birding experience. I really like that I am in their system of customers, so they can find out what I bought last time if I can't remember exactly what kind or size.

I was able to use a gift card quickly and easily to replenish the finches' supply of Niger. I have been using curbside pickup, but I came in to the store to use the gift card.

Everyone is very knowledgeable friendly and enthusiastic. Covid safety is taken seriously. They always offer to carry things out to my car even when it really isn't necessary. Things are a bit pricey but my birds seem to appreciate the difference in quality of food. My covid winter has been pretty enjoyable due to all the birds. Thanks! I'll definitely be back
