Knowledgeable and friendly staff, wide selection, clean bright environment. Lots of products, but not overly stocked or hard to navigate.

Not sure this Winter Blend is right for our smaller birds? It was recommended, but I think another blend might have been better for our birds.

Drove across town to find they didn't have the amount of birdseed I wanted. They did give me smaller bags to help get closer to the amount which I appreciated. They did their best.

There was a product I was interested in purchasing, but the only one I could find was on display. Asked if they had more. They said they had just sold the last one, but I could purchase the display if I wanted. There was no price on the display, so they offered to find out. It took them a bit of time to figure out where to find the price. It wasn't a bad experience, but I thought the display should have had a price on it.

Product costs seem a bit high.

I really just find your staff really friendly and very enthusiastic which, as someone who's not really that into birds (at this point), I really enjoy because it makes me want to be more excited.

You are and have always been overpriced on many items
