I understand that the store is under new ownership. I was surprised when I walked in that there doesn't seem to be as much merchandise as in the past. Perhaps it is because the floor is being reorganized, but it felt like there was less to choose from.

The service was great, but the rise in prices is not. We enjoy taking care of the birds, but CANNOT pay more and more for your merchandise. We will have to look for other alternatives and visit much less. Heartbroken very loyal customer in the past

Arvada WBU is mo go to store for all things bird related! My birds love all the foods I've gotten from you and I appreciate how WBU stands behind their products in the rare instances I've had an issue.

I was disappointed that my bird bath heater was not repairable and that a replacement was not right there in the store. I was very pleased that Kris called me the next day and said the new bird bath heaters were available in the store and she put one aside so I could come in and look at it asap. I am very pleased with the new one. The price was considerably lower than the one I bought three or so years ago, and I like the design better. I was just sorry I couldn't get the old one repaired or even a recommendation for a place I could take it for help. That's okay in this disposable world we live in today.

We were talking with staff about just starting feeding the birds again and we bought a cage for a feeder. Our mistake, but we didn't know the feeder didn't come with it. I would have thought either of the two people we talked to, one rang us up, would have told us. We would have bought it, increasing the sale that was already almost $500. Now we have to come back. The store is not close to us. We will be back, we were just a little sad we couldn't set up right away.

I think it’s a great store and I will continue to shop there. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, and the birds love the food I purchased so I went back and got more today. FYI - There’s nothing wrong with being satisfied, this question seems odd and intrusive.
