The only wee thing is cost, a bit more on some items than can be found in other local stores.

Two things, one I am highly allergic to cats. In fact I have had two occurrences in my life that I had to go two hospital as a result of my allergies to cats. Secondly, I have an academic degree in Biology and zoology and wildlife conservation, and I am a grad student. In addition I have supported CPW on a few state and federal projects, you have no Idea how hard it is for me to choose my words so I do not appear "one up-ing" your staff or being realistic to your staff out dated or assumed theories.

Your prices are quite high compared to other sources.

I do understand that this is a specialty shop with great emphasis on quality merchandise. However, the high price point of most merchandise will limit my future purchases.

Got some help with a bird feeder that I was unawhere of how to adjust it

The selection of suet balls was very limited.

I was, did I click something saying I was not? I think I just said it might be longer than 60 before needing more bird food~

All in all I was very happy with the staff and bird food knowledge and signing me up for membership. There were a few pictures of some t-shirts that were oh so cute but no inventory, I was ready to purchase.

The store is pretty packed with stuff! It was a little overwhelming, having not shopped there for a few years. But I guess it's always been packed with stuff, so I just need to go in more frequently to re-adjust to the atmosphere. ;) Really, NO complaints! I'm very thankful to finally be able to afford to shop here regularly.
