Did not realize my membership had expired. Counter person did not mention that membership had expired. I used Bird Bucks so She had to know I was a member at some point. The price showed was list and then discounted some but I did not see the member price I expected. I did get the Bird Bucks discount applied. So, i am not sure what happened and It was very busy in the store

Signs on the store door indicated that the COVID-19 Protocol capacity was 10 customers. The store had closer to 15 people in it while I was there and no one was making any effort to control capacity.

I was attempting to ask the sales rep some questions about bird houses. While attempting to talk with the sales rep a older lady obviously was listening to our conversation and decided that she would join the conversation. Then the sales lady turned all of her attention to the older lady and failed to answer the question at hand about the bird houses. I waited for them to stop talking, they never did, so trying to be polite as possible, I simply said, "Thank you for your time." and left without getting any of the questions about bird houses answered. I thought management would like to know. This is not the first time this has happened. Regards, John Fochi

I shop there often. I had $10 bird bucks to use or lose by the day I was there. I needed to renew my membership. You computer system would not let me use the bird bucks toward my membership renewal !!!!!!!!! The bottom of the bird bucks receipt does not exclude that. All it excluded was gift card purchases, etc. Bird bucks is supposed to be "cash", which is why you tell us to save that receipt because if we lose it, there is no replacing it. Then you don't let me use it. Very disappointing.

I was completely satisfied with my trip to your store. Your saleman was so careful in putting the bags in my car so that the handles faced out. What more can I say. All if good
