Availability of associates to answer questions and give advice. Last visit I asked about how to reduce the pigeons hogging the feeders. I was advised to get safflower seed. I purchased a nice big bag of safflower seed, but the pigeons were not deterred. When I mentioned that at this store visit, I was told that he was sorry I was given that information, but safflower seeds are loved by the pigeons as well. Too bad... I also purchased the $199 feeder with the hopper, which I love the concept of. I did point out the minor damage to the cap and concerns for how that would weather over time. I wish I was offered a new feeder, if that was even available. It hurts to purchase a new, high quality item that has already lost some of its shiny new appearance before you leave the store. I'm sure you get it!

Have been shopping at this franchise for 20 years and through a move on their part to another site and now thru a new owner. I find consistency, professionalism, great products, good prices for quality received and they make me feel welcome and special every time I go in there to shop

The quality of the seed is superior. The birds around our place ignore other brands. I have shopped here for years because of the quality of the products and the personnel in the store. I am a repeat shopper for hardgoods and seed. Also, I love the greeting cards and variety of other items in the store.

Each time I enter this store, I am genuinely welcomed. If I want to look around, I never feel time pressured. When I'm ready to check out, the staff always carries my birdseed to the car. The whole atmosphere is upbeat and friendly.
