Location is easy to get to, staff is very knowledgeable and neighborly, assurance of ability to return items if they don't work

Excellent service. Helper went out he extra mile. Would have liked a chair. I am very old and hard to stand for a long time. Cat was using the chair. I wasn’t asking him to move.
