Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff make shopping at your store fun and enjoyable. Over the years, I have received such wonderful help from the staff as I have purchased many bird feeders and products. Always looking for their input on how to protect my birds when dealing with pesky animals (squirrels & raccoons).

I found one product right away; I just described the other product tot he clerk, and she knew what I wanted and rang it up. It is helpful that staff carry the large bags of seed to the car. Our clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure I am aware of any practices that will help me to encourage many different kinds of birds to my landscape. I always feel able to discuss any issues I am having and know I will get the help I need.

I purchased a Water Wiggler at your store 3 years ago and it just died this month, (I only use it in the summer). I took advantage of the 20% off sale and purchased a new one. The price has gone up $20, (I had my receipt from my first purchase) so I was thankful for the sale. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable and took me right over to the products. I hope to get at least another year out of this next one.

Such a wonderful experience at WBU! Staff are always super friendly, willing to help, and want to "Bird Nerd". This makes going to the store so enriching. I also love all the bird-themed merchandise, and how WBU engages in community support/fundraising.
