I bought a dome to deter squirrels but I bought the wrong size, so that’s why I said dissatisfied with merchandise. There was no fault in the product. Do you allow exchanges?

Ease of asking questions about bird food. I brought a feeder in for repair, and it was a very complex fix. It works great after a stellar repair. I was quite happy because prior to the new owners I brought this same old feeder in for the same problem no fewer than 5 times. After all those times it never functioned any better. But now it does! I am thrilled. I have many Wild Bird feeders and have always chosen them over other, less expensive options simply because of the lifetime warranty. Because that was a major selling point for me I was sad to learn that it is now a Limited Warranty.

This store never disappoints and I won't shop anywhere else for my bird food.

I bought my usual cylinder feeder but also a heavy stone bird bath. It is beautiful! I had been eyeing it for a while. One of the employees carried out the heavy top. She got a dolly for the base. She was super nice. I love this store in Broomfield.

I bought 2 cage type bird feeders years ago. One of them developed an issue with tightening the bottom. Their repair guy had me leave it and he was able to fix it. No charge. Also,the salesperson recommended a bird book that is organized by color that I love.

Always clean and well stocked store, plus super friendly employees ! Location is also very good.
