Knowledgeable and friendly staff

I wish I knew when Sue works there! My daughter is 8 and she’s( Sue)is always so kind but also super knowledgeable and you can feel her excitement and love for birds! Not sure I would keep coming back if not her her- she makes that store SHINE! She always makes my kiddo feel heard and not dismissed.She’s worth her weight in gold with her attitude and knowledge base.

I stopped by just to window shop, found some seed by accident that I can feed my birds and not the squirrels. Sales staff was very informative with other options without pressuring me to make a sale and offered me advice on feeding hummingbirds this summer. I will be back to get a hummingbird set up when it gets warmer

I had wonderful customer service from Jason. He was helpful and we solved some problems with unwanted visitors to my bird feeders. Grabbed some "S" hooks to add some more interest and height variation to my feeders.

The staff was amazing and this was the second store we had been to in a week. We’re new to birding and the Arvada store staff got us signed-up, got us additional feed, and helped us better understand what we are doing.

The staff is very knowledgeable and is always able to answer my questions or provide recommendations. I love the variety and quality of the gift items you carry, too.

Sue gave me individual attention and was interested in my cell phone pictures.
