The people that work at this store are always so friendly and helpful. I was walking around picking up stuff and one lady asked if she could free up my hands and put my stuff up by the register. She saw I was carrying my birthday card and commented and went ahead and got my free bag ready and my account brought up on the register beforehand for a faster checkout. Always fun conversations and sharing of stories at this store.

I normally shop in store but this time I had a foot injury and wanted to just stop in and have my order brought out to me. I ordered online with no issues besides one item I wanted that was out of stock (it was out of stock last time I shopped as well). I drove to the store and called to have my curbside order brought out to me. I only waited a minute or so and two employees brought my items out and put them in my trunk for me. They were friendly and quick. My order was correct and the receipt was attached to the order. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. As a beginner bird watcher the staff answered my questions, gave me ideas and gave me direction on future projects. The store was enjoyable to visit and had all the products to get me started!

I like the store as always something to see. I love the no mess bird seed and that it comes in 20 lb. Bags. The staff is always super friendly and carry bags to my car. I love this store.

Great products and customer service

People are friendly and have the products I want. I don't like talking surveys so maybe the next one I won't do. Because I return to the store is enough to know that I am satisfied with everything.
