As always, the staff is friendly, courteous, and most of all knowledgeable about birds. I have been there many times and never had a problem or walked out thinking 'why did I go there'. The staff are true birders and are willing to share their experiences as well as listen to mine.

The staff is always friendly and if I do have questions, they are always able to answer them. It's such a serene place to shop and I love feeding the birds, so it's nice to have a store that provides quality food for them.

Staff very helpful and if they didn't know the answer found staff that did.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Someone always carries my bag of bird seed out to the truck of my car. In the past, when I had questions on a type of bird, they know all the birds.

I just moved here from California. I have always been a Wild Birds Unlimited fan! Their merchandise is quality and their staff us very knowledgeable! I drive a ways to come to this store but it is worth every mile!

I had a recent death of a family member and had to travel out of state. I sent and email and Sue called me and let me know that they would still honor the sale price for my puchases, which I couldn't make before the sale was over. I love the Arvada store and have been shopping there for over 20 years. They always accommodate me whenever I can't make it to the store.

I went in to pick up my food order, but decided to talk to the bird feeding station expert there and he was so helpful! I bought the hooks and all the accessories to put in my yard for a multi level bird feeding station.
