The friendly and knowledgeable staff make shopping at the Westminster store a great experience every time we go in! It's always a pleasure and we will be back!

folks working there are always super friendly & knowledgeable ! also, on the day I visited, Nature's Educators were there giving a presentation, which was truly wonderful; especially loved the turkey vulture.

All my experiences at this store are positive. The staff is friendly and helpful, the product i'm looking for is available and the associate always carries my order out to my car and puts it in the cargo area. Due to frequent visits, all the staff calls me by my first name because we are all like family.

The staff recognizes me and is always friendly. They know my personal preferences and are always helpful and carry my large bags out for me. Their knowledge is amazing but they are not pushy. Love the staff!
