The staff is always very friendly. I don't often have questions but, when I do, the staff is very knowledgable and willing to assist in any way they can. The purchase process is quick and the staff always lets me know when I am eligible for discounts.

David was so patient and kind with all my questions and was a wealth of information! The hand written thank you letter 2 days later blew our minds! Talk about going above and beyond! What a nice and classy touch!
