Every visit to WBU is a pleasant experience because all the store associates are great people and I invariably learn something new even tho' I have been feeding the birds for over 20 yrs. and getting my bird seed at WBU the whole time! And it's always great to check out all the new merchandise.

Good selection for backyard birds. Staff was helpful in ideas to deter squirrels from bird feeders as well. Items were delivered to my car quickly and with a smile

Friendly staff, available for questions but not hovering. I love the variety of merchandise, the cat in the store is great, and the bird videos that play while you’re there. I love the gift selection too.
