Sue greeted us immediately and asked if she could be of assistance. We said we were just looking. She left us alone and once we found something we were interested in we found her and she was most helpful in explaining how we could use our staff in many ways. Very knowledgeable.

I wanted to replace the plastic dome feeder (after having brought for 4 or 5 replacements the last two years, and the staff were very helpful in working with me to find a more durable metal replacement. The suet feeder prize for renewing my membership was absolutely charming and useful - I'll have to return to buy a few of these!

All the staff greeted me and made me feel very comfortable as I didn’t know much about birds showed me what to get and what to expect. They wanted to know information about me and where I lived. Didn’t feel like they were looking for just a sale
