I’ve been shopping at WBU for decades. I got my first bird feeding products from your store on 120th and Washington. I was so impressed with your knowledge about birds and feeding them. I had the same experience when I visited your store last week. Sue was so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about feeding birds. It was a great experience. But one of the poles for the pole system was too long (48”). I stopped by the store and exchanged it for a 36” pole. No hassle. No fuss. Great customer service!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always seems happy to help us! They make us feel like they really appreciate us shopping there. I love their radio show on Saturdays, too!!!

It's been over a year since we've visited but it was time! I went in to see about getting a birdhouse for Goldfinches but was told that they do not build in houses. I was given a paper about birds and where they build their homes. The gentleman I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. (This was in the Westminster, CO store and he was very tall; I'd like him to receive recognition. (He was NOT who checked me out as he was helping another customer.) I plan on returning very soon to purchase more items.

Nice store, nice people

I love this store and the staff. Everyone is always super helpful and very friendly. I consider it a real treat for myself when I get to shop in the store. And of course, one of my absolute favorite people of all time is Kris! Just getting to see her and talk to her lights up my entire day. Thank you to all the members of the staff for making the store in my experience always so pleasurable and meaningful
