The expert and kind help of Stephen, Sue and David have really helped launch me on this hobby. I'd especially like to call out Sue's going above and beyond to help me get a hummingbird feeder and her shared passion and excitement for the store, Stephen's and Sue's both kind and patient demeanor and expert knowledge on the products and local birds, and David's supreme help with choosing binoculars, that are easily the best binoculars I've ever used.

Steven and other staff are very friendly and knowledgable.

Everyone (human and feline alike) went out of their way to offer helpful advice, tote the heavy bags, and be very, very friendly. This happens every visit!!!!!

I have always received wonderful service when I am in the Arvada store. Both ladies on this day greeted me warmly, answered my questions, helped me with my purchase and even carried the big bag of seed to my car!

I can always find what I need, and the staff can always help and answer my questions. I've noticed that the staff does not turn over very often at this store, and that speaks volumes.

Always friendly staff who are extra-helpful. They are also highly knowledgable about feeding birds, birding, and wildlife in general. And I also enjoy all the little "extras" that are available for purchase, too.
