Hygiene procedures we’re followed very well & seamlessly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, Not high pressure which is wonderful!

Lauren and her staff are always cordial and helpful. I love the layout of the store and the choice of merchandise available.

Mainly I like the fact that compared to other bird food suppliers, I receive my order within (usually) 2 days rather than 2 Weeks! Also the food is fresher. The cost is high, but the variety of birds the food attracts makes it worth it.

I was immediately greeted by a knowledgeable, personable employee. I was quickly shown products that could meet my needs. I was shown alternatives and how to use them.

The staff is always nice and willing to answer questions. I tend to purchase the same things since I have found what works and doesn't work with feeders and seed mixes. Will return but the weather needs to cool off a bit!

There is always a bird enthusiast/helper every time I arrive, who usually greets me at the door. I like the shopping experience

We are always able to get what we need. The delivery service is always on time and quite often we receive it sooner than expected. When we are able to go into the store the employees are always pleasant and very helpful.

Everything I needed was available. Pricing is a little high but I DO see the quality difference.
