Andrea helped to resolve the issue with my delivery, was kind, courteous and thoughtful. Even willing to help me personally. In a world where things are feeling so impersonal, the personal connection to the store and people helping people was much appreciated. Also LOVE the reused boxes! Cool sticker on the outside of the box.

Can not find this quality of products any other place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Staff were practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Sanitizer was available. Young woman with short black hair was knowledgeable of products--pepper no mess, ways to keep nectar viable longer. I brought in a damaged recycled suet holder and she checked about replacing for free. Said it could happen once. Good transparency. free replacement not expected as I have had awhile and staff not responsible for squirrel/raccoon damage. It was great to be back in the store rather than ordering on line. Got a pair of Booby socks--a plus to the day. Thanks. Stay safe and healthy. I will try to get down in next 60 days but we will see.

Even though it's a bit pricey considering the amount of birds I feed, the bird food is always fresh and all varieties love it. I am especially pleased with the fast shipping. I usually get my order the day after I place an online order. The birds never have to do without! The variety of foods to choose from covers every type of bird...now if I can convince the bear that the food is not for them, I wouldn't have to bring in my feeders every night!

The associate met me immediately and directed me where to find what I wanted. She was friendly and carried my bag of seed to my car. I have always been satisfied shopping here. I love the variety of merchandise offered.
