The employee who assisted me was great at answering all my many questions. He was friendly, adhered to COVID-19 requirements, and he was knowledgeable. It was fun!

We moved to Fort Collins from Northern California 2 years ago. We were pleasantly surprised to find a store here that we used in California. The young lady that served us was very helpful explaining the different feeding habits of the local birds and the squirrels present. We were amazed at the number of items that are on the market to deter the squirrels without harming them.

Ease of finding merchandise.... Only issue was bird bucks spear to have run statute during CoVID- so neither were able to be honored- one difficult to see

I like the ease of finding what I need. I love the hot pepper no mess and the no mess suet...awesome! I can get help right away and check out easlily.

Staff was AMAZING!!! Went above and beyond. So grateful as this was my first time in the store as well as being a novice in purchasing feeders. Will highly recommend to my friends!

The gentleman assisting me was so knowledgeable about birdhouse mounting and set up, it was very helpful to ensure I wasn't buying the wrong thing. He also shared a lot of birding knowledge in general for our area. Friendly but not intrusive, and also alerted me to their newsletter and specials. I'll be back!
