Staff is delightful, helpful, highly educated re both products and local birds, friendly, genuinely kind. Products are high quality and healthy for wildlife. Staff greet you at the door and make me feel like family. Love the Fort Collins CO store!

The staff was extremely courteous. I knew what I wanted, so didn't have to engage in much customer conversation. It was easy to get in and out with all the extra precautions.
